APP FAQ

Answer: 
  • Download the GLOBAL ONE App, sign up with an account, choose the travel plan, select the type of recharge, upload the documents, and use the verification message or code to activate your account.

  • Click on the register option on our website, fill in your personal details and the essential documents that needs to be submitted, proceed for online payment using debit/credit card bank account OR COD (Cash On Delivery).

Answer: 
  • If you have our previous International SIM card account, then you can reactivate it, provided it’s a valid one.
     Note: Your SIM card is valid for 1 year only.  
  1. For Example: A customer had a trip to Austria using a Single Country SIM, then he/she can reactivate and recharge the same SIM card service of Austria for the second time. The customer will be requested to submit the essential documents online or via GLOBAL ONE App.
  2.  And if the customer chooses another country like Malaysia SIM Card, then he/she will activate a new International SIM card of Sweden with new recharge. As per the T&C, submit the essential documents online or via GLOBAL ONE App.

  • With the help of GLOBAL ONE App, select the recharge type - prepaid or postpaid. Use the online payment option to recharge from your debit/credit card bank account that you hold.

  • Click on the history option on our GLOBAL ONE App where you can view a list of recharge payments along with the amount and plan done by you. You can recharge the previous plan to visit the same country second time.

  • For the payment process, fill in the account number, expiry date, and CVV digits. Click on proceed to pay that will direct you to a new pop up screen. Meanwhile a secret code will be messaged for verification that needs to be entered, and then click on submit button. You will also receive a transaction message.

  • The roaming charges depends on the country you will be travelling. Roaming charges are given on the details of the service plan of the country that you choose to use while travelling.

  • For more ease of access, keep using our GLOBAL ONE App.

  • Dial **** to check the balance of your prepaid or postpaid plan of your international SIM card while travelling to Single country or Multi country. Have A Safe Journey!

  • Shut down your device, leave it for 30 seconds and then turn it on to connect the SIM card. Otherwise turn off your device, remove the SIM card and check if it is clean, place it back into the slot, and start your device again. Make sure to check the APN settings to sign in the SIM card network.
